I have found this info and now jumping too. Is it possible for you to jump rope? I also do squats, who provided the strength of the much smaller body and balance.

Depression is a kind of mental disease. It starts from the frustration. It can lead a person to suicidal act too. So, do not get depressed! Just enjoy the world around you.

The depression is when you sense sad and anxiety. Depression can tip to feeling desperate about the upcoming, or even discerning around suicide disease.
