Simple ways to lose weight. You should first make solid and strict diet plan for you. Avoid taking so much junk foods and split your food 5 times in a day. Drink plenty of water in a day. Stock your kitchen with green leafy vegetables and fruits. Go for walking and exercise everyday and also try to do Yoga for 20 min. in a day. Get enough sleep regularly.

I think you should hire a good fitness trainer which has good experience and also do physical activities with your self like jogging, walking, and yoga, these things will keep your body in shape and help you to loss your extra body weight.

You can lose your weight with certain exercise and yoga. this the best way to reduce your weight but you have to do it with step by step.another way is to take green tea. this tea reduce the cholesterol level in the body and also reduce the heart disease. it also reduce the headache problem.

There are some effective tips for weight loss. First to make your weight loss plan and ask your family and friends to support you. Do not use lift while you ups stairs on one floor to another in building. Eat some healthy diets and whole grains food. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Go for morning walk and make it habit.
