You first need to know what is wrong with your food habits in order to improve them.  Maintain a list of food you have for three days and then keep a check on this list in accordance to the other tips.

Fooding and eating is a habit. We often do not have balanced food to produce enough calories in our body. Eat the things which are less fried.
