You should not lose weight to fast that is not good for you. The best way is to increase your daily exercise and reduce the number a calories you intake. You do not need to go out and start ruing. You can do a lot of little things to increase how much exercise you get. You can just walk the long way around the office and take the take the stairs not the elevator.

You can lose weight by following these tips.

1. Beware scale obsession - weight should come off slowly - a half pound to one pound a week - as a result of cutting junk calories while fueling your body properly for the next workout and recovery.
