boiled egg whites
almonds sunflower kernels (no oil,no salt) cottage cheese skin less,boneless lean chicken are these good natural protein? you can list any other foods with protein if you like. that would help me more =] thanks |

There are three macronutrients in nutrition, better known as fats, carbohydrates and protein. You will easily find all three of these nutrients in your diet every day, but not always as the healthiest versions. The foods are like Grass-Fed Beef, Organic Chicken, Wild Salmon, Tuna fish, Tempeh etc.
