Do you want to live your life well then accept the below listed: 1. Enjoy a pint of water first thing in the morning. 2. Grab a few fresh fruits on your way out. 3. Thanks for a nice post. For healthy living healthy lifestyle is very much important for this we have to take balanced diet and do some exercise. Today's life is full of stress each n every person are suffering from stress for healthy living first relieve the stress from your mind for that do some meditation, take green leafy vegetables and fruits and do some exercise.

I appreciate you that you have include the point of Drink herbal teas for health tips.Green tea and black tea are really beneficial to health.The tea is also thought to help delay the aging process. Today, there are many anti creams and lotions containing tea to help skin look younger.

They described the 8 tips for healthy living, covering almost all areas, water to the exercise. For regular exercise is a good habit to stay healthy.Herbs diseases away from us,gives us fruit and nuts vitamins protien.Exercises gives us is very important,but the rest as the body well.Your need at least one day per week is simply not exercises to recharge the batteries.

Carbonated drinks contain a large amount of sugar and carbohydrates which can later be transformed into fats. Iced tea also contains ample of sugar which can pile up in the body. Green tea can be taken as it aids the digestive system. Choose lean meats and poultry without skin and prepare them without added saturated and trans fat. Select fat-free, 1 percent fat, and low-fat dairy products. Cut back on foods containing partially hydrogenated vegetable oils to reduce trans fat in your diet. Cut back on foods high in dietary cholesterol. Aim to eat less than 300 milligrams of cholesterol each day. Cut back on beverages and foods with added sugars. Choose and prepare foods with little or no salt. Aim to eat less than 1,500 milligrams of sodium per day. If you drink alcohol, drink in moderation. That means one drink per day if you’re a woman and two drinks per day if you’re a man. Follow the American Heart Association recommendations when you eat out, and keep an eye on your portion sizes.
