You can reduce stress from your mind to regular exercise and yoga. It is good for your health also and help you to keep young. When you feel stressed just feel about your loved one and keep yourself busy in anything like video gaming, sport, chess, these things keep your busy and your won't think about any stress.

I do agree with both of post and one other common but important method to reduce stress that is exercise. It can safely disperse unused energy out of the system. It can also keep your mind fresh and healthy.

If you want to reduce stress from your life you must follow some important steps like Do exercise regularly it is really great for reduce stress and anxiety. Always do yoga and taking massage therapy. Get enough sleep and make habit to sleep at night only. Eat some fruits and vegetables which are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and calciums. Laugh more and more.

Stress is a common problem of every people. Use some steps to reduce stress. Meditation is one of the best way to reduce all stress. You can do Morning and evening which you like to do and you will need peaceful place or some space. Lots of people are turned to meditation. You can go with yoga and cardio exercise to reduce it.

Stress is not at all good for the health as well as for the fitness of the body, stress lead to various diseases. Some of the ways to reduce stress are drink plenty of water, have a proper sleep, eat healthy food, morning walk, yoga and meditation, playing games and many more.

I usually like to go to make exercise and also climb the hills to reduce the stress .It is a good way for me to do like that .Especially the work stress is so heavy ,If I can't reduce the stress,I will get mad.
