   4. Apple contain malic acid and tartaric acid, that can help prevent disturbances of the liver and digestion.

There are so many benefits of apple. Apple is my one of the favorite fruits and Apple juice also very healthy for health. Apple can improve your skin tone. There are so many apple products are available in market.  As per my opinion green apple is a best foe skin and hair.

There are plenty of benefits of the apple. Apple is of my favourite fruits & apple juice is also excellent for health. Apple can improve your skin tone. There's apple products that are available on the market. Green apple in my view best enemy is a skin & hair.

Good post and this is true that eating one apple per day is keep doctors away. Apple contains large amount of minerals and vitamins that can filter blood, keep out of many diseases. Apple is also very good for your skin you can eat is or you can make paste of apple and honey than apply simply on skin, it gives your skin glow and shine.
