I like all the exercises but my favorite excercise is chest exercises like banch press,pac-dac fly,pull over etc,These all exercise really very beneficial to make a good physics.

I like to do cycling, walking and Yoga. These are my favorite as well as regularly exercise in the morning. Doing yoga regularly give me peace in my mind and reduce my tension in few of seconds. Do yoga and feel free from several types of tension ans stresses.

Different people prefer to do different exercise according to their own choice and convince. According to me yoga is one of the best and the effective exercise for the good health and for the fitness of the body. Yoga is easy and very effective, it give positive result.

I like to exercise every day.My favourite exercise is walking.I walk in green grass every day in early morning which can help improve vision and maintain weight.Walking can help decease high cholesterol.

There is lots of exercise that I have using in my regular day but push ups are my favorite and very effective exercise to get good shape and also you can burn your extra body weight by this exercise.

Running, Swimming and Dancing are my favorite exercises. I always doing those exercises early in the morning. It make me refresh and very active throughout a day. It burn extra fat and maintain my weigh and fitness level.

Running and cycling in the season of winter and swimming in summer season, are my favorite exercise to making my body fit and maintain a healthy weight. Doing these exercise regularly and getting good health free from several types of health issues in body.

Exercise is part of my routine life. Jumping is my favourite exercise which can help me maintain my weight and increase hight. This exercise also help increase concentration and regulate blood circulation.

My favorite exercise is cardio. It can help me to live healthy life. Is is help to improve strength level of the body. It is manage of breathing system and also improve it. No any equipment needed in this exercise. This exercise is perfect for who want to lose weight with simple way.

 I would like exercise because which can help to maintain fitness level. Some of my favourite exercise are running,  dancing, jumping, hanging, crying, running etc.

Walking is my favorite exercise, I walk for about an hour almost everyday, I either listen to music or just think, I feel better afterwards in both body and mind.
