To loss the weight fast you have to make a complete diet chart and be very regular in it.Eat balanced and low calorie diet.You can eat salads instead of oily snacks and junk foods.Daily exercise is required.Drink plenty of water.Walking is also best for your heavy body.

Every body is different. It stands to reason that everybody will lose weight differently. Even if you do the exact same things that I do, you won’t lose weight at the same rate. Balanced diet is the key.
