Great post, exercise seems to work better for me than cutting down my food.  I find it I cut my food I will always go back up in weight.

We know that overweight is a big problem in our life and If anyone want to reduce your weight, then apply some very nice and helpful tips here like try to avoid some junk food, do regular exercise or yoga, drink green tea, running at least 3 to 4 kilometers in whole day, always eat fruits and green vegetables, etc.
