Weight loss is not an easy task, I think the eggs for breakfast can help control appetite later in the day. I wouldn't do that every day, but breakfast should be filling every day the best you can now with miami hcg diet

If you want to lose weight in a neutral way, and then a cup of green tea every morning, great, but also fruit and vegetables do not contain fat.

A cup of green tea in every morning is great for that, also have a juice and vegetables that does not contain much fat. If one would like the losing weight in  neutral way then green tea is the best solution.

If you want to reduce weight loss then you must do yoga because it is one of the best way to reduce weight loss. Always drink a lots of water, Eat more fruits and green vegetable. Avoid junk food. Take a good night sleep. Do regular exercise.
