Stress is one of the danger enemy for human body. It cause lots of dangerous disease, you should try to keep away from it. Keep yourself busy whenever you feel stressed, play video game, listen opera music, or talk with your friends. Don't think so much about those thinks who gives you depression.

I try to drink more water and take long breaths. It always help me to control my stress level.

Eat sensibly. Avoid caffeine. Do not cope with stress by using alcohol or drugs. If you are stressed out, caffeine is like throwing gasoline on a fire to put it out!
Get regular exercise. Aerobic activities such as walking, jogging, swimming, biking, etc. for 20 minutes 3 times per week is minimum. Recommended is 30 minutes or more, 4-6 times per week. But do not hurt yourself!

Stress is one of the bad enemy we all know that so you should try to keep away from it. Keep your self busy is good idea to get out of it because if you keep your self busy in anything than you mind will not think about any stress for that time. Meditation is also good way to reduce stress and keep your mind relax.

I like to go out to climb with friends and breathe the fresh air in mountain.It is a good way to release stress.

I am a very jolly and self-motivated person so, generally i never feel stress but when i got it then i used listen music, take a long drive and do meditation etc.

We all are human, so human is getting to all the type stress and getting nervous to some mood so this all the reaction are catching. So Controlling your stress is only divert the mind and making some happy moments. Yoga is good for down you to down the all mind and physical stress.

During the recession of 2008 to 2009, it was claimed that the last century has been the most stressful mankind has encountered.
This has to be an exaggeration! For instance, we don’t have the black death to cope with.However, life today is profoundly affected by economic problems, unemployment, terrorism, crime and marriage break-ups. And for many people, work and commuting are very stressful.

Stress can be controlled by doing regularly meditation or yoga in peaceful environment. Try to quick solve out your small problems and make busy yourself in your other types of favorite activities.
