- Do Yoga and Meditation.
- Take small break between your work.
- Enjoy tour on 3 to 4 month.
- Do exercise.
- Keep walking.

Yoga
Massage
Try to take your walking exercise
Small break sessions in your work

Yoga, meditation, exercise etc are all good ways to release stress. Additionally a fit body too will help fight stress.

To reduce the bad effect of stress and over tension try to share your problems with someone who is very close to you. Try to solve your problems quickly, make busy yourself in to other kind of activities such as listening music and playing your favourite sports. These steps are very good for reduction of stress.

Stress is very harmful for human body and mind, try to keep away from this, and I think whenever you feel stress than just do something and get busy your self in anythings such as your pet, TV, Music, Books, Inspiration quotes, etc. Talk with your loved one about your feeling, get relax your self and listen yourself in alone. Do exercise, this is also the best thing for keep out from stress.

If you want to release stress then you can do daily yoga exercise to reduce the stress.You can do which think you have to like.You can do.Otherwise you can listen music.

Stress is mainly causes because of some personal issues or problems, unhealthy diet and poor sleep. Best way to fight with stress is do yoga and exercise regularly. If you have stress because of problems then share it to your close ones and solve out it quickly. Take a sleep with 6 to 7 hours daily.
