Making exercise a habit, Exercise
« on: December 13, 2011, 06:21:41 AM »
According to me start your exercise slowly. According to me an hour aerobics class on your first day will only discourage you, maybe hurt you, and send you back to square one. As well as a working partner can be immeasurably helpful, because you have a responsibility to your friend not to talk yourself out of exercising. Try to choose a buddy who's in about the same shape as you. These are the two basic steps which is very useful to start a scheduled exercise.

The first day of your aerobics class can be very difficult, as you will end up with pains. The best way is to join with a partner, so that you will feel responsible and not quit due to this reason.
