Thanks for the nice article.I completely agree with your all points.Now a day depression is the normal part of everybody's life.I think now people become weak,they don't have that much strength to tolerate the situations as people had in early time.But other side of coin is that things become more complicated and competition become so high so everybody is in a terrible situation.So this is necessary to manage our self and for this we should do yoga and meditation regularly so we can have control on our self and can stay away from depression.

Depression is very dangerous for health. It comes because of physical stress and mental pressure. In depression thinking negative. We should always thinking positive. Do exercise to reduce stress. Do Yoga and Meditation for reducing depression.

Depression is come from the stress.  Many people have the problem of stress. I think they have to avoid stress for healthy life and for that they have to do the meditation because with that you can feel relax and you can throw all your stress outside of your mind.

Many of studies are proven that high depression causes many health problems such as arthritis, hypertension, chronic lung disease, diabetes and many more. So try to reduce the effects of depression and make busy yourself in other tasks.

I think now people become weak, have little strength to tolerate situations that people had in the first time.But other side is that things are complicated and the competition is so high that all the world is in a situation terrible. Therefore, it is necessary to manage it ourselves and we do yoga and meditation regularly, so we can have control over ourselves and can not get away from depression.

Much depression is not good for health, heart and mind. So always do regular yoga because yoga is a one of the best way to reduce depression an i think depression is comes from stress.

Depression is a kind of feeling which make human lonely and negative thought. It is a type of mental disorder which is reduce by many ways. Do regular yoga, exercise and meditation. These are very useful for deal with stress and depression.

In today's life all most all human beings are suffering from stress and depression.And to avoid from it you can get the help of the Meditation because its a kind of the Exercise which is a food of your mind.From it you can make your mind very strong and stress free.It also improve your inner strength.Your mind can be more and more active with the help of it.

Depression is not at all good for the health as well as for the fitness of the body.  Depression lead to various problems which are not at all good for the fitness. It is very much necessary for a person to avoid depression. Some of the tips to avoid depression are
- Avoid talking about others
- Eating healthy and fresh food
- Avoid watching news channel
- Avoid reading news paper
- By doing yoga and meditation

Depression is one of the most dangerous enemy of human. Try to keep away from it , when you feel depressed just focused you mind and think about you loved one. Do not think about future, just think about present what you have. You can't change anything in nature but you can make your self happy.
