* to foster the translation of public health and health-specific research outcomes into practice in the domain and development sector.

* to promote interest and online and offline education in all matters relating to public health.

* to initiate research in public health with respect to issues in low-income settings and transitional societies where grossly inadequate capacities in healthcare and to develop target interventions strategies.

* to promote research public health (epidemiology, basic research, occupational , clinical , management, Reproductive health, Nutrition, social, and preventive medicine).

* to provide an authoritative public information resource center.

* to develop pictures focusing on plausible futures in public health and development.
