I am not at all saying that vitamins are a miracle cure. But today, at age 49, I still hardly ever get sick. When I do get a cold, it's almost a shock. I don't take nearly as many pills as I used to take, but I take a good natural multi vitamin and still take plenty of vitamin C each day.

Studies show that the vitamins C, E, A, K, and B complex all help improve skin health and appearance. Here's how.

Vitamin C. Among the most important new dermatologic discoveries is the power of vitamin C to counter the effects of sun exposure.
